Guidance On How To Register
1. Kindly proceed with the following instructions to complete the registration forms:
A. Registration forms should be completed by typing directly on your computer. Duly completed forms could be viewed by clicking on "preview".
B. Hard copies of the forms should be printed by clicking on "print".
C. Forms must be saved on your computers by clicking on "save".
D. Soft copies of the registration forms should be saved on a CD.
E. Both hard and soft copies of the registration forms should be sent to the Egyptian Embassy in your country (or to the Permanent Mission of Egypt to the United Nations in New York City in case of the countries without resident Egyptian diplomatic representation).
2) Kindly make sure that the pictures of your country's flag, the King's / Head of State's flag (if different than the Country's flag), and personal photos of all participants in the Summit and its preparatory meetings are uploaded on the specified sections on the registration forms.
3) The deadline for submitting all registration forms is 31 May 2009.
Press and media representatives wishing to cover the proceedings of the Summit and its preceding meetings must complete one of the registrationforms below (for resident or non-resident media representatives) and submit it with a personal photo to the following email address (cairopresscenter@hotmail.com), no later than 31 May 2009.
